JŪMA is a healthcare wallet. Patients deposit money specifically for healthcare at participating providers. That money earns bonus credits and can only be used for care—not transferred, not withdrawn for non-healthcare spending. Providers receive payment at the time of service, guaranteed.
Yes. All wallet funds are held in FDIC-insured accounts through our banking partner. Your money is protected by the same standards as a traditional bank account.
We’re building a clear exit policy. If your provider leaves the network and no suitable alternative is nearby, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposited funds. Details will be published before launch.
HSAs require a qualifying high-deductible health plan and come with specific IRS rules. JŪMA has no eligibility requirements and is designed specifically for self-pay and elective care—dental work, medspa treatments, and specialty services that HSAs often don’t cover well.
Those are loans. You’re borrowing money and paying it back with interest. JŪMA is savings-based. Every dollar you spend was already yours. No debt, no interest, no credit check.
We’re launching in waves starting in 2026. Joining the waitlist gets you in line for early access — and the higher you rank, the sooner you’re in.
